Thunder Bay TV stations surviving on life insurance cash, shutdowns looming

Thunder Bay’s only local television stations are both scraping by on money collected by the stations’ owner from life insurance policies, and could both be shutdown Sept. 1 if funding help doesn’t come immediately.
