Thunder Bay to spend $5K on anti-rat education campaign

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit received more than 200 complaints about rats between the fall of 2016 and fall of 2017, according to manager of environmental health Lee Sieswerda. Prior to that, the Health Unit had received only a handful of complaints over the preceding 25 years.
