Thunder Bay Police Service still working on increasing diversity

Just 7.5 per cent of the service's officers are Indigenous, according to statistics from the Canadian Centre for Justice Statistics Police Administration Survey. That's better than the national average of 5.4 per cent, but it falls short of reflecting the Thunder Bay population as a whole, which is nearly 13 per cent Indigenous.
