Thunder Bay Police Issue Public Safety Advisory for High-Risk Offender: Eugene SOUCY

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police Service has issued a public safety advisory regarding a high-risk offender who may be in, or travelling through, the community. Eugene SOUCY, 59, is considered a high-risk sex offender and was removed from a train in Longlac on April 13. He has since arranged for transportation that brought him to the City of Thunder Bay on April 14.
