Thunder Bay police arrest man possibly connected to suspicious activity at TBRHSC

A man driving a vehicle with Alberta license plates was reportedly spotted offering rides to strangers at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, police said. He may be the same man arrested by police for stealing gas.
