Thunder Bay, Ont., residents celebrate the Waverley Library’s 75th birthday

Hundreds of residents joined the Thunder Bay Public Library for the Waverley Library’s 75th birthday party on Aug. 1, marking the decades since it opened its doors in 1951 and the library system’s 150 years of service in Port Arthur.
