Thunder Bay mayor charged with extortion: a timeline

Thunder Bay Mayor Keith Hobbs, his wife Marisa Hobbs, and Thunder Bay resident Mary Voss were charged with extortion by the Ontario Provincial Police, on Friday, with Keith and Marisa Hobbs also facing charges of obstruction of justice.
