THUNDER BAY – NEWS – The Thunder Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person last seen in Thunder Bay on August 9th.
Missing person is 20-year-old Joshua KITCHKEESIC.
He is described as:
Indigenous,
178 cm/ 5’8″
66 kg/ 145 lbs
thin build,
brown eyes,
black hair
