Stellantis stops construction on portion of Windsor, Ont., EV battery plant amid Ottawa dispute

One of the world's largest automakers has stopped construction on a portion of an electric vehicle battery plant in Windsor, Ont., saying the federal government has not delivered on what was promised. Ottawa says negotiations are ongoing.
