St. Patrick High School in Thunder Bay to reopen Wednesday after officials give all-clear

St. Patrick High School in Thunder Bay, Ont., has been deemed safe to reopen Wednesday following a threat that prompted officials to cancel classes and send students home early Tuesday. It's the eighth time in recent months the school has been disrupted due to a threat.
