Shuffle at the Thunder Bay police oversight board with new provincial, council appointees

Shelby Ch'ng is leaving the board to pursue a master's degree after more than a year on the police oversight board. She'll be replaced by Coun. Kasey Etreni as one of city council's two representatives on the board. Meanwhile, Wayne Bahlieda returns to the board as a provincial appointee.
