Sexual advances by Patrick Brown were 'awkward,' accuser tells CBC News

One of two women who accused Patrick Brown of sexual misconduct, which led to his resignation as leader of Ontario's Progressive Conservative Party early Thursday, has told CBC News she was a teenage summer student at the time the alleged incident occurred.
