Patrick Elmer O’Keese Charged with Second Degree Murder

THUNDER BAY – Patrick Elmer O’Keese faces Second-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and two counts of Failure to Comply with a Recognizance following a court appearance at the Thunder Bay District Court this morning. O’Keese was charged in relation to the death of eighteen-year-old Brayden Moonias, who had testified only weeks earlier in the homicide trial of Otis Perkins.
