#PancakeHack: How the Hoito plans to shake up its signature dish in 2018

Each month this year, the Hoito restaurant in Thunder Bay, Ont., plans to pair up with local chefs to create a new twist on its signature crepe-thin Finnish pancakes. It's an experiment they're calling "pancake hack."
