Ontario Regional Chief says Thunder Bay can't keep Indigenous youth safe

Following the recent deaths of two Indigenous youth in Thunder Bay's McIntyre River, Ontario Regional Chief Isadore Day says he worries that someone may be actively targeting First Nations students in Thunder Bay, Ont.
