Ojibway chief demands answers after First Nations man dies while paramedics allegedly 'sat on the sidelines'

A social services agency in Kenora, Ont., is investigating after the chief of Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation alleged paramedics waited on the outskirts of their reserve and took 10 minutes to respond to a medical emergency before a 30-year-old man died.
