Northwest Region Forest Fire Situation Update: September 20 2022

THUNDER BAY – WILDFIRE UPDATE – A weekend of wet conditions has helped dampen down the wildfire hazard.No new fires were confirmed in the Northwest Region by the late afternoon of September 19.
At the time of this update there are two active fires burning in the region. Both fires are being observed.
The wildland fire hazard is low across the Northwest Region.
