Northern Ontario marks 1st ever national Ribbon Skirts Day

Canada is marking its first ever national Ribbon Skirt Day today. It's inspired by a young girl in Saskatchewan who was shamed for wearing her ribbon skirt at school. Some First Nation woman in northern Ontario are thrilled with the news.
