New housing, homelessness plan for Thunder Bay, Ont., district focuses on diverse needs

The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board is focusing on the need for more transitional and supportive units in its new new 10-year housing and homelessness plan. The document, released on Wednesday, sets goals for meeting the community’s housing needs through to 2036.
