Natural or not: Oily sheen at Sioux Lookout beach still puzzling

An oily substance that started washing ashore at Town Beach in Sioux Lookout, Ont., a handful of years ago is still a bit of a mystery to beach goers, and even the Muncipality of Sioux Lookout.
