More murals, more colour: new funding for Thunder Bay, Ont., artists

Neighbourhoods across Thunder Bay, Ont., are getting a splash of colour. The Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission has expanded its Tourism Muralscape Initiative, adding more funding to support new outdoor murals across the city.
