THUNDER BAY – MISSING – Thunder Bay Police Service are requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person Jadis QUISSES, a 12-year-old.
She is described as Indigenous, 5’9, 260lbs, shoulder length brown hair, glasses.
She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie.
Her family is concerned for her welfare.
