Mining sector encourages more to join at upcoming Thunder Bay Mining Day

City hall raised a flag on June 10 to mark the 11th annual Thunder Bay Mining Day set for this weekend. Mayor Ken Boshcoff declared June 13 the date of the free event, where the city will celebrate its rich mining and mineral exploration heritage from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Marina Park.
