Lighting the Jack-o-lanterns: Thunder Bay hosts its 1st Annual Pumpkin Parade

Officials from the City of Thunder Bay, EcoSuperior and GFL Environmental are inviting people to show case their pumpkins, before composting them, at the first annual Great Pumpkin Compost Collection.
