THUNDER BAY – The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority has issued a Flood Watch for the Lakehead Region, including the City of Thunder Bay, Municipalities of Neebing, Oliver Paipoonge, Shuniah, and the Townships of O’Connor, Conmee, Gillies, and Dorion.
