Jody Loos makes the case for a dry bar and nightclub in Thunder Bay

Jody Loos will be opening the Howl at the Moon Dry Saloon and Late Night Coffee Bar at the end of March. He says he was inspired by his own experience with alcohol and seeing how difficult it is for people who are sober to access evening entertainment that doesn't involve alcohol.
