In search of the elusive Lake Superior "blue ice"

Silver Harbour, just outside of Thunder Bay, is known for its natural beauty and its public access to Lake Superior. During the last few winters, many people have flocked to the area to observe something called blue ice. The CBC's Matt Fratpietro made the trek there to search for the blue ice himself.
