Imminent risk, immediate help: Changing lives for the better at Thunder Bay Situation Table

More than 30 community organizations in Thunder Bay, Ont., announced Tuesday they've come together to form the Thunder Bay Situation Table to give immediate help to vulnerable people at imminent risk.
