Ignace Man Faces Sexual Assault Charges

IGNACE – On February 2, 2018, the Ignace OPP Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were contacted with respect to a sexual assault allegation.
Police subsequently executed a warrant for arrest on February 4, 2018, and as a result of the investigation, a 59-year-old male of Ignace, Ontario was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:1. Sexual Assault contrary to Section 271
2. Incest contrary to Section 155The accused appeared in court on February 5, 2018,
