High winds cause power outages to over 2000 homes in Thunder Bay, Ont.

With winds gusting up to 70km/h on Tuesday morning, Thunder Bay hydro crews say they are busy trimming trees and patrolling power lines, while dealing with nearly 2000 power outages.
