Greenstone OPP Make Drug Bust at R.I.D.E. Check

GREENSTONE – CRIME – On June 21, 2018, at approximately 11:30 pm, members of the Greenstone Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) were conducting a R.I.D.E. check on Highway 584 in the town of Geraldton, Ontario. Shortly after, a vehicle came through the checkpoint and the driver was known to the officer to be bound by a recognizance with a condition not to operate a motor vehicle.
The driver was arrested and a search incident to arrest resulted in the seizure of weapons
