Greenstone OPP Lay Fraud Charges

Greenstone, ON – On Thursday, November 16, 2017, members of the Greenstone Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) made an arrest resulting from an investigation into allegations of fraud.
The accused had already been facing fraud-related charges of:
Make Forged Document contrary to section 367 of the Criminal Code
Use Forged Document contrary to section 368 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code
Fraud Over $5000.00 contrary to section 380 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code
