Frightening films return to Terror in the Bay

Terror in the Bay Film Festival kicks off Wednesday night at the Maple Tops Paramount theatre in downtown Port Arthur. The event showcases independent horror films from around the world. CBC's Matt Fratpietro met up with the festival director to get all the details.
