Forest Fire Update Northwest Region July 08, 2017

THUNDER BAY – Time of Report 16:36 – Northwest Region
There was one new fire reported by the afternoon of July 08 in the Northwest Region. Kenora Fire Number 20 is under control at 0.5 hectares and is located on the Aulneau Peninsula.
There were five new fires in the region by day’s end on July 07. Two were located in Thunder Bay District, two in Sioux Lookout District and one in Nipigon District. Most of these fires were declared being held, under control or out within 24
