Five Schools in Hold and Secure Protocol

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Hammarskjold, Superior, Algonquin, CD Howe and St. James Schools are in a hold and secure protocol this morning. Officials with Lakehead Board of Education report that the issue is that Thunder Bay Police received information about a Hammarskjold High School student over the weekend that has them concerned.
