Far northern Ontario provincial ridings to be doubled

In its final report, issued Tuesday, the Far North Electoral Boundaries Commission recommends splitting the current two electoral ridings in the provinces far north into four regions. For voters in the northeastern riding of Timmins - James Bay that means there would be a riding for the city of Timmins and a new riding called Mushkegowuk made up of all the other communities.
