David George Noonan Seeks Red River Ward Seat in Thunder Bay

David George Noonan is seeking the Red River Ward seat.
THUNDER BAY – POLITICS 2.0 – David George Noonan, who was the runner-up in the 2014 Election in the Red River Ward, has decided to take another run for the seat.
