City of Thunder Bay seeks stormwater management funding input

Stormwater management is increasingly becoming a priority for cities like Thunder Bay, Ont., as they struggle to improve infrastructure to prevent flooding and pollution. But the infrastructure is only one part of the problem: these cities also need to come up with a way to pay for it.
