Businesses selling fishing goods in Thunder Bay, Ont., are reeling after Canada’s new counter-tariffs came into effect on Sept. 8. The up to 50 per cent tariffs on imported American goods came in response to the latest slate of U.S. tariffs on Canadian products imposed by the White House after trade talks fell apart last month.
