Building the ‘culture of active commuting:’ Active Commute Challenge returns for 5th year

A group bike ride on June 1 marked the launch of the Active Commute Challenge’s fifth year in Thunder Bay, Ont. The month-long challenge encourages workplace teams across the district to log and promote active, sustainable commutes by swapping solo car rides for carpooling, public transit, walking or cycling.
