Stevensville mayor asks for public meeting on proposed gravel pit

STEVENSVILLE – Stevensville Mayor Jim Crews has asked the state to host a public meeting on a proposed new gravel pit just west of the community's airport. But before that can happen, other nearby landowners will have to make the same request.
