Wine column: Rioja region presents wide range of Spanish wines

In the northwest of Spain lies the wine-producing region of Rioja (“ree-oh-ha”). Here you would find not only their internationally popular red wines, but there’s white and rosé as well that range from simple and elegant to complex and profound.
