I agree with Elise Stolte’s column where she points out the concerns with sidewalks that we all have in the winter, especially among people who have slipped and fallen.
Due to my own painful experience with 311, I felt that I could add to her point about 311. My view is that enforcement needs to be sped up when investigating these concerns and problem properties should not be given warnings unles
