Wednesday's letters: Santa's quick departure disappoints

I attended Santa’s Parade of Lights Saturday evening with my children and grandchildren. We arrived early to view the parade near the end of the route.
As it got busy, parade marshals and police advised the crowd that the entire parade would go south on 108 Street to disperse. We moved around the corner to view the parade as it turned south on 108 Street.
