Wednesday's letters: City's snow response impresses

I actually want to congratulate the City of Edmonton — particularly the bus drivers — for managing the deluge of snow so efficiently.
I have recently moved here from B.C., so have not previously witnessed a city that can mobilize like this during a weather event. It really is impressive.
