Wednesday's letters: Alberta MLAs paid more than Ontario MPPs

I am very disappointed to note that Finance Minister Toews is recommending a three-per-cent cut in pay for nurses to help bring Alberta’s finances in order. Toews has said that nurses in Alberta are paid 5.6 per cent higher than other jurisdictions. My concern now is if the proposed cut would lead to disruption in services or even strikes. Read More
