"We want to take this as far as we can": Local rockers Altameda return home supporting second album

Second time was the charm for Edmonton rockers Altameda.
After picking up glowing reviews for their debut album, 2016’s Dirty Rain, the four-piece sequestered themselves in a cabin to record a follow up with local producer Jeff Kynoch. Tracking completed, they sat down and decided that maybe they needed to step it up a notch.
“It could have been a lo-fi project, which would have also been cool, but we decided that we needed a more polished direction,” explains singer Troy Snate
