Watch: Imagining a new Jasper Avenue

Oliver resident and urban planning graduate Dustin Martin believes that overall, the upcoming changes to Jasper Avenue will be a big improvement for the neighbourhood. The City of Edmonton’s Imagine Jasper Avenue project, which Martin worked on, will lead to changes from 109 Street through 114 Street as the first phase of construction begins this year.
He argues that placing the emphasis on pedestrian safety and street level enhancements will lead to a safer, more appealing Jasper Avenue.
