Watch: Ice On Whyte kicks off with cool carving contest

The 2019 Ice On Whyte Festival brings the beauty of ice carving to the streets of Edmonton. The festival runs from Jan. 24 to 27 and Jan. 31 to Feb. 3, 2019 at Whyte Avenue & Gateway Blvd. in Edmonton.
Ice On Whyte is a recurring ice carving festival that features delicious food, beverages, cool ice carving lessons and fun special activities. Ten teams of Ice carvers compete in the Canada Cup of Ice Carving, which features some of the best carvers from around the world.
