Victim 'furious' over health-record snooping wants changes to Alberta's prosecution limit

Kirk McEwing was near death four years ago, stricken with kidney failure from a serious illness.
Without his knowledge, as he lay in a hospital bed trying to recover, the wife of a longtime friend went into the province’s electronic health database to look up his private medical information.
